    Walnut shell grit

    Ok

Any way seriously I am buying a used air compressor that will meet my cfm needs for a sand blaster. I'm looking to pick up a blaster from Harbor Freight to basically clean up the frame and underside of some truck parts, but will shy away from the sheet metal for all the reasons stated about metal fatigue. They sell Walnut shell media in 12 grit and 24 grit. So what size blaster and what grit walnut to remove rust from frame and leaf springs? I'm looking to keep costs down. Thanks, Steve.

I'm about to take off to buy a used 20 gallon air compressor, and a small sand blaster. Harbor freight has quite a few blasters. I'm looking to use walnut as a media, any recogmendations, I have to leave in an hour. Thanks, Steve.
