    well you know them dam things had lacquer on them and that stuck? i would wash with soap and water then a mild wax and grease remover then good with plastic bumper prep/ adhesion promoter do your repair and just used the dp on it first . then fill with a K 200 or the k36 and seal with dp or a sealer i would not try to fill it with the DP just get one coat on it and on hot and heavy
