 im going to use a BC/CC paint, the car is apart, should i paint the door jambs, dash, firewall, and uderhood and trunk with the bc/cc or should i use a 1 stage? i dont PLAN on buffing the firewall or dash, but i do plan on buffing the car.

 If you are painting the dash, firewall, jambs etc the same color, a very few more hours of hand rubbing gets the same "consistancy" to everything, especially if you are using BC/CC. Even if you use single stage, and if you can get the same color, it is still best to wet sand and buff.  A bit of a old thread I know but here is my take... Use a cheaper (middle grade) base coat for these and use a bc/cc. You will most likely have to sand and buff a little bit I'm sure.www.streamlineautocare.com 
 
 If you wan't something done right, then you have to do it yourself!
