I'd be willin' to bet hardly anyone knows what it is, or you'd have had an answer by now.

Whenever someone wants an answer for this type of question it's best to attach a link to a manufactuer website that references a spec sheet, or at least a description. Also, it helps to describe what you're trying to accomplish (application, ease of use, pricing, etc.) so that those who've used something comparable, even though not familiar with what you've referenced, can make a suggestion you can research.

Hawthorne Rayflex is Acrylic Laquer ( laquer is illegal to spray in some states, but easier to work with as a beginner ) and is available from a couple of places on the net, not including the Ebay store because that store is part of 1 of the websites. I have not used it, I bought good paint for my latest project ( PPG Deltron Polyurethane accrylic enamel single stage ). You do get what you pay for and I find the 21 colors not enough of a selection for me, but I may use the artic white on my '67 Falcon because most of my money going into it will be in the motor, but with the discount I got at the PPG dealer I went to, I just may go there and get the original Ford white it came with.

If ya never painted b4, don't waste the money on good paint cause it's gonna look like crap anyway.
