i have used the jd primer on my nose cone and also have had good luck with a 2 part imrom high solids primer on my bucket body both seemed to work fine.
warning blitz black is a softer paint less chip resistant than std factory finish, but is easy to spray and quite easy to apply.
you can play with the blitz and jd semi gloss if you want a little sheen to the paint .
i used the semi gloss on my frame and on a old brit bike i have it went on so nice and looks a lot like powder coat.
