As you might already know...make sure the surface to be painted is ROUGH!!! I'd blast the section to be covered with Black Beauty or equal because any smooth or shiney surface won't hold the Por15 and will peel right off in sheets along with your running board covers!! As far as duability...it's goog for years unless exposed to sunlight...fades. They make a UV over coat.
