I guess no one reads the P-sheets on this product ( DPLF/DP ), It is NOT water proof , and has NO UV protection !
Its not made to seal out moisture !!
So it requires a top coat of protection.

PPG has been tying to develop a HOT ROD primer that IS moisture proof for the old school look , I heard about it a year or so ago , but nothing since .
I guess I need to call the Color Library and see if its still in the works .
