It's going to depend some on how you stretch it, and how much chop you can tolerate.
A lot of folks stretch these from the rear door pillar back. I think they can stand to have them stretched through the door. Take a look at the truck pictured in this thread (about 2/3 down the page) http://www.clubhotrod.com/forums/sho...threadid=11235 Yeah, it's a different year/model, but the base proportions are pretty similar. Don did both a door/roof stretch and a chop (I think 3" each, but not positive, maybe he'll see this and respond). Whatever you do, doing a "paper" mock-up first is the smart thing to do. Nothing looks worse than a misproportioned vehicle.
If no one here can help you with Photo Shop, take pictures of the truck, at least full side, and 3/4 view. Make multiple prints, and establish you scale. That way you can cut paper before cutting metal. You can cut and tape in as many configurations as you can imagine until you get one that rings your bell.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.
