Paste wax IS the WORST possible product you can put on any finish...first off your paint is not a wooden floor..and that yellows..there is NO protective qualities in wax period....it's got nothing to do with spending extra money...I'm telling you facts....My brother is in the Air Force, he is a lifer...he is a crew chief on the C-130's and was on the F-4's and the SR-71 Blackbird.....one day in the 80's he came home on leave and asked me a very unusual question..He asked..are you still waxing your cars??,,I said yes...he told me the Air Force just got done with a 5 year study, which he was a part of,on the effects of waxes on both painted and Aluminum surfaces...the wax was holding and drawing in moisture that was causing the Airframes to oxidize at extreme rates and the aircraft were having to be reskinned.... also noted there is NO protection offered whatsoever...it washes off in 3 washings.... silicones were also teasted and those were even worse...Two Chemists developed this product that not only met the Military's requirements, but exceded it to where all branches of the military uses it......it's on AIR FORCE 1...and that's a fact.....
so keep on paste waxing...this is the 21st century and there is a whole lot of new products out there that are so superior to FLOOR wax.....
