My frist street rod. was bilt in the driveway. when i wasn't working on it i pushed it back into the garage. I'm taling many moons ago. I also put up a trap over head to work on it in the shade or during the rain.

It all depends on how bad you willing to build a street rod. If there's a will there's a way.
