If that is the motor that came in that bird- then it's worth a mint. Those heads are VERY hard to find & well sought after ( have heard of some paying 1500 for a set) . Also- you didn't say if it was a 4 speed or automatic. If it's a 4 speed - then it's a T-10 tranny and it's worth the rebuild, auto then just swap it for same same.
