Question New Member needs general advice

I am a new member to this site as well as a new hotrod enthusiast. My son and I have just started our search for our first street rod and don’t know where to begin. I would like to learn as much about 32’s & 34’s before next spring when we plan to purchase one.

Question: Is there any web site that you know of where we can learn about the history and differences between the 32’s and 34’s? (e.g. Does a five-window have a rear seat?. Which models come with a rumble seat? What are design differences between the 32 and 34?)

    Thanks,

    Rick

Haven't got too much experience with old Fords. There are plenty of guy here that have tho, and I'm sure they will be along shortly. In the meantime ....

Welcome Rick..... Just do a search on the net and you'll come up with lots of info, But no a 5 window does not have a rear seat, I beleive you could get a rumble seat in the 34's but not positive, for sure on the 32's , 32's I think are the more popular as I've read that there are more 32 Fords registered in the state of California than Henry ever produced

Welcome Rick, Ford lover hey. Well good on you there aint enough of us around....
Yep you certainly can rumble in the back of a 33/34 Ford. After a while you will think to yourself how did I ever think those cars were alike! Its all just a matter of digging in and reading and swap meeting and cruising......etc.
