Hello to all you hot rods out there . New member . A little about me and the Mustang .

My name is David and live in the Chattanooga Tn area . I'm close to middle age and have been a person of intrest in mustangs since I owned my first 69 mustang back in 1974'.

Well children came and I put them first and the mustang had to go eventually. A nice mach1 with a roar would only be a dream for the next 30 years, well you know the story .

30 years later, the children older, things changed, and my time here much shorter now . I decided to get back the missing part of my life . Back in January I set out to locate a custom restored Mach1 .
I found what I was looking for in Oregon recently . I will not go into too much but a short list . PPG Apine Blue custom paint . The only Mach1 stripes are on the hood and painted on . Lowered, all new underneath, improved performance suspension . 351 Cleveland-built, 411 gears. Flowmasters with X-pipe exhaust . It is really clean underneath . I just got through polishing the gas tank and rear axle and the brass radiator tanks . A real head turner, finger pointing subject . She gets so much attention that I'm almost embarrased to take her out for a spin . I will have to learn to deal with that part of it being modest as possible, but still learning .
    Good to be on board

Good to have you along for the ride.

But, don't be modest! Open that thing up and let'er Rrumble, and turn even more heads. That's the best part - the Rrumble - ing.
