Rrumbler, Welcome to CHR, I can just imagine (filling in with memories) the sound of that flathead. I am building a 350 but don't know how it will sound, although a kid up the street took the cats off a '99 Z28 350 and it sounds "crackier" than the old flathead with steel packs, a truly great sound, especially decelerating to a light! A low rumble with just an occasional "fap-blap".
