Okay, let's move it here.
Congratulations on recognizing your limitations! I would suggest you be patient and start spending time hangin' around hot rods and hot rod people. Look, ask questions, and learn. THEN you can make some viable decisions on your course of action. If that takes a couple years, so be it!
From what you've described you're in dire need of a good frame and suspension setup. What you've probably got is unsafe JUNK!! There are guys out there, especially in your part of the world, who will do a good job for you. There are also flakes who may know what to do, but aren't reliable. It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
