Over here on the east coast we can only get E-10, I add Sta-bil at every fuel up and drive it just like any other car. It's had a quarter tank in it all winter and it'll start /run with no effort at any time, even sitting months at a time. I use sta-bil in my mowers, chain saws etc. etc.. and never have carb issues.
