But I believe the " Air Bag suspension " does have history going back long before Ryan thought of HAMB yet, like using a SBC in anything, it isn't political correct to some of those on the site. Independent suspensions have history too as do the Chrysler alternator yet one can be crucified for using one that looks almost identical in shape but smaller from an early Jappa. There is excellent guys on there build some amazing vehicles so I just spend time with those that ain't so anal.
I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

I've seen Tech lecture often that a low temp T stat is bad.
If you look back at things Smokey Yunick did, one was proving that the higher you can run your temperature in a CONTROLLED mode, the more efficiency you'll get from your fuel. It's in the heat of vaporization, and maximizing the mix with the incoming air. Boost it to 190 or 195 and you'll burn cleaner.

The irony is that most of those that are more anal, preaching how it was "...back in the day" have fathers who weren't born yet "back in the day". They'd have to go back to ask Granddaddy how it was "back in the day", and hope that Granddaddy was an evil hot rodder and not just cruising his Daddy's Chevy to the drive-in.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.
