Hello, I have been working on a 1968 GMC step-side truck for roughly three years. It's came a long ways but she's still got a good ways to go. (Pics will not upload)

Hi Steve. Welcome to CHR, glad you're here, and looking forward to seeing your truck and the progress you make as you work to finish. If your pictures won't upload I expect that the files are too large - just about everything used today takes high def pictures with lots of pixels. Here's some info on posting that might help - http://www.clubhotrod.com/shop-talk/...es-thread.htmlRoger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

When I was a youngster working for a Caterpillar dealer in Charlotte, NC, one of my tasks was to drive the brand new 1967 Chevy six-cylinder, three-speed stepside pickup down to the bus station to pick up packages. I fell in love with the way that truck performed and it set the stage for the many Chevy pickups that I owned later in life, most of them shortbed stepsides. The last one I owned was a '73 292 with granny 4-speed that I bought for $1000 and put a clutch in, along with all new clutch actuation linkage. That truck was smooth as silk.
