    The New Girl Next Door...

Hi Everyone! I just joined up to CHR, and wanted to say hello! I currently have a 65 Corvair Convertible (Bright Red) that is a daily driver, and am working on a 53 Studebaker pickup, which will eventually be a great little ride! I look forward to chatting with all of you, it sounds like there are all kinds of great projects out there that you are working on !

Welcome to CHR Hot Rod Angel
Got some pitures of your projects. I think there are a few Studebaker pickup fans here.

Hey Pro - I don't have any pics handy right now...I'll have to get some scanned in, so everyone can see what we're doing with the Studebaker ! We stretched the cab 7.5", to make more leg room, among other modifications...It is going to be a real looker when it's done! From what I've read here so far, you have a sign shop...is that right? I own a sign shop too, and we also do engraving & a bit of embroidery. I like to do vehicle graphics best, and pinstriping (vinyl only, right now, I am wanting to learn how to do "the real thing" !)

Yup.... I've had a sign shop for 'bout 20 yrs. I do vinyl, Engraving CNC Routing, Large format printing, Some heat transfers, and a little screen printing (When I Have To).

I usta' do custom painting, pinstriping, I do it occasionally as a hobby now for immediate family only.

A Stretched Stude no less, hope to see pics. soon.

Thanks everyone! I hope to get some pics posted soon...I'm really excited to show off my "baby" ! I just love working on this Stude project...I learn something new every time I work on it...I am getting pretty handy with a cutting wheel, grinder, and I know my way around the tool box fairly well, too. This project is in memory of my dad...we spent many an afternoon dreaming of what this truck could look like...I hope that it will become something that he would have approved of! I hope to learn all about the engine & how all that stuff works too, right now I don't know much about all that! Good thing that my husband is a very patient man!
