Not really new but never saw this post
Anyway I live in Maryland now but was born in Colorado and lived in Pennsylvania for 15yrs. I'm not an old timer like some if these guys so the 30's,40's and 50's cars ain't my thing. But if 60's and 70's count I'm a hot rodder.
Right now my project in a 1969 Ford LTD cloned as a Cobra with 390/4 barrell 750cfm with headers,4:11t posi and now converted to 4spd. Has all Cobra emblems, steering wheel and a 1969 Shelby hood scoop and rear fin. Has 200 shot of spray but right now just hooked up to neon machine gun purge.
Also have a 1971 Lincoln Mark iii hence my log in name. It has a 460 that makes over 500Hp with all the goodies,.
Also have a 1976 big block 400 Cordoba which I haven't driven in many years but got it going a couple weeks ago. It is a 400 with 440 crank so its a 451. It has a 2200 stall,390 gear, headers and side pipes and its spray is hooked up. I had it since I was in high school. Its kicked so much Chevy ass it ain't even funny.. My prey back in the day was every Nova Chevelle Camaro Monte Carlo Corvette I could get to line up for 1/8 mile and 200 bucks. Inflation its 500 now..Last edited by slincoln 3; 10-24-2014 at 06:16 PM.

I think you qualify as a hot rodder. Currently helping my son with a 76 Camaro, though
I've had my share of the 50's.

I know a guy that is really clever. He makes guitars out of pool cues. He calls them acuestick guitars.
