Can anyone help me with the cowl tag, it reads

BODY NO J 2947
TRIM 654
PAINT 811C

Again thanks for the help, I am trying to make sure of what I am buying. The seller is telling me that the car is a Belair but the VIN number shows that it is a 210 car. So now I would like to find out about the cowl tag if there is anyway.
