New member from Illinois
Hi, I just joined your forum and hope to find some interesting topics. I have a hot rodded 1051 Studebaker PU that I have been working on for a number of years. Currently looking for an electronic emergency brake and was wondering if anyone may have some experience with one or be able to recommend one.

Welcome and a very nice Studie you have, I struggle to understand your laws over there, how does one legally get a vehicle on the road without an emergency brake? Hope you find the answers to your question.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Welcome Seeker,
That is one of my (if not the) all time favorite pickups. What are you running for power?

Welcome aboard. Those old Studs were always one of my favorites. What are you running for a drivetrain?I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

More and more of the new vehicles have electric emergency brakes. Porche, VW and Buick, to name a few, have electric emergency brakes today.

Ah. Very nice, Seeker!

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
