Hello all
I found the site this morning, I am restoring a 72 Chevy C10 fleetside. I intend to lower it, chop the top, shave the door handles, possibly put in a big block. I am planning a 4 to 6 year project and any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
