I actully did know that but, I thought it would be OK to consider them American because they were sold in Buick dealerships. They resemble late 60's early 70's Corvettes so well, it almost seems that they were modeled after them, Are they really? I once saw one on Ebay that had a 231 Buick V6 and sidepipes but, other than that everything was compleatly stock, even the raido. My mom actually had 2 Gt's She had the '69 that she paid 3200 for used in 1971 and, my dad bought her a '70 in the early 80's for a grand.
