As for the lower deflector, I had to dig for a pic but here it is at the top of this pic. While it's got some louvering it's intended to channel the air through the rad rather than allowing some of it to route past the rad.
Generally I agree with the comments about all those fans, especially the pushers. A single shrouded, properly sized puller fan is all that should be necessary. Adding more is bandaid "engineering".Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
