Hi how u all doing? I'm Matt! I am 20. I have a 1967 Chevy Camaro black and white racing stripes. I have had the car since i was 14. Right now its has a 350sb 350 trans a 10 bolt non pos unit. Goal which is already in progess is a fully custom tubbing 454 big block 400 trans turbo and 12 bolt pos.

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
