429 stroker kit in 66 mustang

hey just stoped by to talk about my situation progress and dream. it started with my dads 68 third he got back in the new millennium for $600, blown engine. he took it out and salvaged everything but the block. two years ago we went half on a 70s 429 with the c6 all stock i installed it and started it a couple times it needs to wake up with a stoker kit a bought two other donor cars with the same engine the 429 thunderjet. these cars are really heavy so i want to get a stoker kit for one engine sell the rest and put the stroker in my dads 66 mustang. i got the wwiend stealth intake and a holly carb. may want new heads unless i can port the c9ve-e heads i got\. can anyone tell me if these engines only run on premium fuel? and any ideas? i want get around 600 hp out of it. and at least .030 over and maybe 504 ci. thanks in advance.
