    Welcome, hatfeld29! The V8 flattie would definitely make it easier to get along. I've got a '31 Tudor with a Brumsfeld high compression head. Still, it can hardly get out of it's own way. I ring the snot out of her though regularly in the summer! Good luck with your project!
