    68 chevy pickup

Well just signed in and Thought I'd let everyone know what I was doing .

I have a 68 chevy pickup and I'm currently looking at swapping the crossmember from a 79 suburban, for the front power disc brake setup and also was mainly wondering about and trying to look into swapping the rear axles from the same vehicle (79 burb to chevy)

I've already swapped the cab and am currently working on the Painless wiring harness. The cab came off an 72 1 ton or-3/4 ton truck and is what I call an air cab , Namely had air conditioning . My old cab didn't and It has been alot of work and I've been working on it for a few years now trying to get parts here and there and putting it all together while taking my time doing it

So !! anyone tried to do the front crossmember swap along with the power booster brake lines Proportioning valve and all ?
