Thanks for the photo 23willys, I thought it was but was puzzled with no hinges showing. I am fitting opening doors to my fibreglass Bucket body at the moment and purchased small bearclaw catches like yours but I 'm using exposed hinges and when your doors are closed they look as if they don't open. Again nice car and it must be rare now. One last question.... are the pipes baffled???

Yes, each and every one of them. I welded washers onto the tubes shown, and bolted them through with a stainless bolt each. I have a pretty decent cam in the little 305, but it's not extremely loud. I could still pack them each with some "copper" or "stainless" steel wool.

Seems I've been gone a while. I've made a top for this car since I last posted, and drove the wheels off it.

Nice work. I'm a flame fan also. I'm wondering what the local gendarmerie will think of those pipes. Let us know if you need bail money. We don't have any (it's all been spent on our cars) but we'll give you moral support.

It's actually pretty quiet. I have a baffle and copper packing in each of the eight pipes. I have the baffles shown in an earlier post on this thread.
