Greetings to the website. There is lots of good advice here with a wealth of years of experience.

This looks like a great project car and should be a lot of fun to take on. Where is the car located? Have you gone through it? Is it a good price? What are your plans for it?

My nephew (and godson), is also currently stationed in AK.
Best of luck on the car.

The car is in Eagle River, Alaska... I will pick it up this friday and start going through it... As of right now Plans are for a sbc with around 400 hp... For what all is there I think I got a decent deal everything is more expensive here because of the whole shipping thing... Alot of the work has been done as in removeing all rust, replacing the floor pans including tubs, installing the roll cage and tubeing the chassi... I will post pics as I go plan on haveing the body off to have a look at the chassi this weekend and go from there...

Welcome, nice starter! Seems like just an engine install and you can hit the street or the strip! Somebody did a tremendous amount of work!
