    Hello all!!!

Hey guys I'm from Iowa and i am a classic car nut. I have a 1969 Olds 442 all original that i am restoring with my dad. We are in the middle of restoring and prepping for paint. I just recently bought a 1969 455 block out of a toronado and i am now saving to build the bottom end up. I am also in love with Mopars. We had to do 1 GM car because the rest are Mopars!! and my favorite GM car is the 442 so we stuck with it. My future projects will consist of many Mopars to come.

Welcome aboard Gearhead442; I'm a Ford guy now but when I was young
I used to play alot with them big block mopars.
I built a few small block mopars for some buddies,
but I always ran the big blocks myself.
I never got to see any of them small blocks at the finish line either.
I guess they were to far behind HE! HE! HE!
Big blocks the way to go if you don't want your mopar to be slow!!!

Welcome Gearhead! Always a good time doing a car with your Dad, I was lucky enough to be able to help my Dad do his '40 Ford many years ago!

I've always been a Ford guy with a few Mopars thrown in from time to time.. and even occasionally a GM.
