Hey guy, glad to see you over here too.......welcome. You will find the people here as nice as what you have become accustomed to at RRR.
You know you have to pounce on that 409, especially if it is in any kind of condition. You might have to sleep on the couch for a while, but everything has it's price.
Besides, I used to get some of my best rest on the couch.............I was there quite often.
