Rochester Q-Jet? mechanical operation. 9 times out of ten, gunk build up or warped base plate. Easily remedied. But you have to go look at it and see what the cause is by manually grasping the throttle control for the secondaries and find out if it's just build up or needs a little tweaking to loosen up the shaft to open them. What if the "Hokey Pokey" is what it's really all about?
