That's a bummer with your experience especially with having to use the shipping method instead of the go there and inspect it method.
Rough all the time, at idle, going down the road it feels like it is pulling back a little bit when going at speeds around 50. At first I thought it was the road as the suspension is stiff and we feel everything. It just did it out of the blue. One tank of gas was burned quick, so thought maybe a bad batch of gas. Switched gas stations and it seemed to get better, then it happened again but it is constant now. At idle it will idle about 750 rpm when it is acting up. On the occasion it is not acting up, it idles right about 900 rpm. The fuel rails are definitely getting pressure, however I have noticed a little bit of fuel around the fuel line return module that connects to the rails, like a bad o ring that needs replaced (it's green on this one). There is an exhaust leak just before the muffler, so thinking maybe part of it may be due to insufficient back pressure.
I'll be examining the exhaust more tonight to see if I can smell anything that would be tell tale. It is white but it has also been cold around here so it could just be condensation even after the truck is warm and the weather is between 30-40 F
(I do not like the cold
