    New Member from the UK

Hi from the UK, my name is Bob, been into Rods for more years then I care to remember, left the scene in the early 90's to crew for a Top Fuel funny car team (hence my user name) for about 10 years in the UK, the team was Showtime and was and still is the quickest fuel funny car outside of the USA, I live just outside London in the Surrey area, I have built and owned in the past 2 Ford Pops E93A's one with a Ford V6 and one with a Ford 289 ci, A glass Plymouth 5 Window coupe with a Chevy 327 ci, A glass Ford Model A Sedan Delivery with a Rover 215 ci V8 and 4.71 blower and my current ride is a Steel 31 Model A coupe, Chopped and filled roof, 32 Grill with Magoo Insert, suicide doors with all handles and hinges hidden, running a Chevy 350 ci ZZ4 engine which has roller rockers, Hugger stainless steel headers and exhaust system, Edelbrock performer maniflold and Edelbrock carb, XKE irs with quick change rear, TH350 box with high stall convertor, Superbell 4" dropped tube, Posie spring, Pete & Jakes shocks, Halibrand 3.5 & 8.5 x 15 wheels, Interior has a steel 32 dash smoothed and filled with a set of autometer gauges, AC etc which was built in the good ole USA and shipped to the UK in the late 90s by a guy who had lived in the US for a number of years and had bought the car from the builder.
I would be interested in contacting the builder but not sure about posting a name on here, he lived in Springboro, Ohio and was a toolmaker for GM, the car was featured on the front cover and in Rod Action magazine as well as on the front cover of the NSRA Streetscene magazine.
Attached are a few photos of car in current format, I am planning to make a few changes over the coming winter months.
