Welcome.
I see you're one of them "good ole southern boys", too.
Most of the shows I get to go to are in Mississippi. Lot's of good folks.

Welcome to CHR, cnile64! You can't kill us with questions so ask away. Doesn't necessarily mean we will give you correct answers, but some of us will try. Your game is to figure out who to believe. Post some pix of your rides or projects. We old people prefer love pix. Pix help to relieve the stress from old eyes and from typing with arthritic fingers.
Good to have another Mississippian on board. . My only time spent there was on my way to Hammond LA for the Show of Shows. Which is unfortunately further east than you are so I guess I won't be stopping by.
But I do have a question for you! Good friend just picked up a 30 5wc with a sunvisor. He gets a lot of wind noise. Do you have the same issue with your 31?? I've never had one so I can't say.Last edited by mopar34; 11-13-2007 at 12:22 PM.

Welcome aboard. I've heard the reason drag Model A's usually have big holes cut in the visor is to let air escape and not deform the visor at high speeds. Never had one, so can't say either way.

Thanks Cnile64 for the input on the wind noise, just found out yesterday evening that all of the noise problem is with the windshield. Probably won't matter anyway cause I heard his wife hates the car and he hopes to sell it at the Turkey Run. Too bad cause I heard that it is a really nice car, but I guess keeping the wife happy is primary, if you want to live without stress.Bob
