New to forum but not Hot Rods
Hello,
Please allow me to introduce myself.....
Name is John but friends call me JJ. I am a huge fan of Hot Rods, Rat Rods, Drag Racing, off roading, speed, tire smoke, exhaust fumes, etc. I love Cars!
I have a 1965 Mustang notch w/ Stang II front suspension/rack & pinion steering (no shock towers) coil overs, etc. 306 sbf w/ small chamber heads, high compression (dang high octane prices will kill me) and other goodies, 9" rear w/ detroit locker and 3.73's, Proformance trans C4 and converter, and such. I am also a huge Jeep/off road fan and I own an XJ and 2 KJ's. I hope to build up a ratty/old school style rod in the future as I am in love w/ them. I AM an Amsoil dealer so if you have any questions about Amsoil FULL synthetic oils, lubes or filters, PLMK. I am hoping to learn from this forum and contribute when and where I can. I look forward to learning as much as I can in my quest to build a ratty in the next few years. I love the process of planning a build almost as much as the actual build and driving of a vehicle.

Welcome to CHR, JJ! With your background and experience I am sure we will benefit from your participation as well. Years of experience is what we got here. Probably well over 200 years with just two or three members alone.

Yep sounds the same to me, thats why i moved, cause if i did not i would have been any one of the bad element you listed, i moved out in 89 best thing i ever did, allthough i do miss having a in & out burger and some weinersnichel. i know its spelled wrong been awhile. from what i can tell LACR is quite the happening place these days.
