New...here...
I dont own a hotrod not yet. although my father would like to own a T-bucket some day.
I own a 1988 Camaro SC that I custom built for myself using anything from1982-1998 in parts. Its nothing special its not like owning a 32 T-bucket, where everyone Ooh's and Aaaw's as you drive by.
I also have a 1974 Nova 350 Custom thats in pretty good condition but neeeds some TLC and a more aggressive engine. I plan on dropping my '69 327ci SS Impala engine in that soon and tease the LS1 Camaro guys. I dont own any imports AKA fart-tips, if i did it would be at the bottom of Lake Pleasant.
EDIT:
I decided to go ahead with the next engine swap in my camaro. i was gonna go ahead and put the 327 in the Nova, but i figured heck i'll rebuilt the 350 that way i can do what i really want to do to it. and i can still keep the 350 badges on it. probably in about 7-10 months i will yank the 305tbi and the T-5 completely out all of the wires and everything and sell the whole setup as one. turn around like i planned on doing 3 years ago, (somebody said that engine wont pass emissions, well i gained more knowledge about what is done and now i say thats :BS: , I know a guy who has 406 in a 3rdgen F-body and no Cat and he still passes the sniffer.) anyway the only thing at the moment im unsure about is what tranny would work behind the engine? I was looking at the P/G Manuel transbrake for like $960. I have a TH350 not to sure i like that I think i want OD. the 700R4 is the next option but also expensive, and the 4L60-65-80E TRANS ARE TOO MUCH. WAY TOO MUCH FABRICATION
So, wee Jimmy is sitting at the dining table doing his homework. He turns to his mum, Sheilia, and says, "Maw, would you do this homework for me?" Senga looks at him and says, "No Jimmy, you know...
