Ahoy hoy
How's it goin kids,
My name is Jex. I recently bought a 68 Thunderbird. It's a nice burgandy colour, all black interior, with a 429 under the hooooooood. I'm new to the land of carburators and all the fun stuff pre-1990 I am in the process of selling my 1990 Toyota Supra Turbo. I'm looking forward to learning more about my bird and things I can do to keep her in great condition and running well. As well as a few mods to make sure I'm using as many ponies as I can. Wouldn't want that big 429 to go to waste
Any newbie tips would be great. Things to look for. Ways to improve performance. Even the basics on carbs. Any suggestions, comments, or questions are all welcome.
Thanks again.
Jex.
