Intro
hey folks..looks like a great site
my name is John
im into modernising old classic muscle cars,trucks & harleys
currently i have a 69 el camino which my son bought cheep a few years ago & has lost interest since he has gotten married & is in college & also in the Operatoring Engineering as an apprentice
i am goin to go ahead & redo the whole thing & then sell it & give him the money back he paid for it
ive been a gearhead since i could remember,my father always had something goin on the garage
im an Ironworker by trade,work alot of nuclear power plants as an unlimited nuke certified welder & rigger & also travel to hang big iron on skyscrapers & such,been at it for about 26 years
as a retirement surplus i am collecting many tools & equipment & building a shop to do custom cars & harleys for resale & custom work for individuals
i am by no means a top notch professional in this area but i do have alot of knowledge & skills so dont get mad when i may ask some dumb questions because im the type if i dont know..im not ashamed to ask about it or admit it
i have been a hotrodder since i was old enough to hold a wrench in my fathers shop
like i said it looks like a great site, informative & fun & excited about interacting with some folks here...
