just a hotrod fan...
thanx to discovery channel, speed channel, tlc channel...
i am officially a hot rod fan....one day ill find a rusted out shell to restore..
i have a 75 gmc shortbed, i plan on giving the so-cal look to it..slammed,ect,ect
i have a 69 camaro, undergoing complete re paneling "possible p/t car"
and an 84z28...with a L-46 355

couple years back i was dating a gal in monterey california...in her back yard..
a 1934 chevy truck
1925 ford something
1929 ford something
1933 Plymouth coupe
all rotting away, the owner wouldnt sell any, and doesnt have the money or know how to restore them.....i was trying to work out a deal for the truck..he wasnt interested..lol

Skip the rusty hotrods getting harder and harder to find virgin tin. Go get a nice muscle car to restore. That's where the market is heading.
on small cars yes. but fat fender cars are pretty much the same in size and weight as the donor car. i found s10 brakes work great on fat fender and pickups. a deuce will just need manual brakes...
