I don't think that is it is a paint, but it uses a "special" base coat, then a two part water based chemical is sprayed and mixed together to form a mirror-type finish. They then put a tintable top-coat on it to replicate "chrome" or an actual colored chrome. I am doing some more reasearch on it but I would like to talk to a couple of guys that are familiar with these systems.
I have tried the chrome paints that are out there. The best one I have sprayed is the one from Alsa corporation. (www.alsacorp.com)
