Chris,
I think maybe you are the only hot rodder running a slant six. I know a slant six is a hard engine to kill but it can (and should) be done. Before that sweet little girl is old enough to know what a V8 is. The bumpers you're looking for are the same as a Barracuda so if you find them they'll be expensive. The good news is most high performance parts for a Barracuda will fit your car. Find a good Hemi or 383 or even a 318 to put in it and you're on your way to being a Mopar type hot rodder.

Al, Streets, you're killing me. I guess I will have to dig up the stats on slant racing. I think I saw something about a 9.45 second run a few weeks back...
Al, thr trouble is, you CAN'T kill 'em... they keep coming back for more...
Streets, that history is different from what I was given... must have been from a Found On Road Dead teacher...

I am not going any where near a turbo, it efi. modeerate cam, and 4 bbl. I just like the idea of blowing away some kid, and then letting them know it was a six...

Break open the piggy bank Chris, Streets obviously has too much time on his hands, and would love the challenge of making a Mopar fly!! Especially half a V-12!! See how good I am at spending your money, and Streets time??Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

As a hobby I keep ten beehives. My queen bees are now getting older and slowing down, so I ordered ten more queens from an apiarist. They arrived, but there were eleven arrived in their containers....
