    Hi, I'm John and I'm a car-o-holic!!

Although my budget limits me to one project at a time I've owned/driven/fixed-up well over 100 cars of my own from older (50-60's) sports cars (late 60's-70's) muscle cars to current "fast" cars!!!
Currently I'm working with an early 70's car

    with a modern (carbed) powerplant

The car is red.... I'm painting it myself as I go...
I "freshened-up" and slightly modified (by me) ZZ4 crate engine
and replaced the Origional L-82 over one weekend 'cause I drive my project to work every day it's not raining to hard!!!
I'm an ASE Master Tech that has worked on Vipers-Vettes the last few years..... I thought I'd sign on here to see if I could find some fine tuneing tips on my car & offer my help when I can!!!
I'm a Fuel Injection-Electronic Ignition expert Building a car with a carb & untill 3 mos ago she had points...
    John

Welcome to CHR! Looks like you have quite a lot of experience as it is already. Good looking project you have going there. Stick around, hopefully you can help the young guys like me out and you will learn a lot here from the older guys as well I am sure.
    Good luck on your project!

Modern carbed. Isnt that a contradiction? Seriously though, thats a very nice motor. However, since your an EFI expert, im shocked you dont have a multiport system on top of that thing. Well, good luck, and keep us posted

I started out with a numbers matching car... as it is I can easily switch it back to an origional car in a weekend or so (the origional motor & all is in my garage) switching to fuel injection would make it alot harder to return to stock!!
Besides..... if I want to play with a Fuel Injected car...

    I'll play with this one
