If you still want to run a blower, you need to consider whether you want it stealthy or not. Stealthy would be a centrifugal blower, maybe with an intercooler, with a stock hood, not stealthy would be a GMC Roots-style stickin' up through the hood.

There are tons of stroker kits available, just do a search for "460 stroker".

If you run a blower with carburetion, you'll need to keep the static compression ratio down to run it on pump gas. Look at this chart from Blower Drive Service.....

This is just a start with the motor, you'll also need a strong converter, trans and differential, plus a rear suspension system that will get the power to the ground.
