    Smile question from holland

Well i am new here ...So here is a little introduction
I am marc I live in Holland and i am a tattoo artist ...and here is my question (sorry for my bad english we don't speak it that much as you do ).. I want to buy a hotrod ('33 ford roadster) but we don't have manny hotrod's in holland so i am thinking about it to ship one over, but the dutch law says that you can not drive it with a open hood or without mudguards. So I need one thats all ready so i won't get in anny trouble...maybe there are some shops that do the shipping and "rebuilt" them to the dutch standarts. Or maybe it is just better to go and live in de USA....

    Hi Marc,
it is nearly impossible to find a car in USA which meets netherland's law. You have to change a lot of things anyway. Start with the sealed beams which are not allowed and end up with the exhaust system and the hazard.
It's much easier to buy a rod in USA which meets your taste and let it be reworked in your country.
A company which is specialized in those labour is www.harleyheaven.nl
Or I can help you with some serious addresses here in my Country.

Kind regards from the other side of the border
    Frank

Find yourself the right car on ebay.com take it to a mechanic, or hot rod shop even better and get it made up to the holland standards. This will be cheaper than getting a US hot rod shop build it from scrap. But if you have the money try socal speed shop, there pretty goo, and pricy too!
