For the exhaust manifolds, you can check with Desert Valley Auto Parts in Arizona. I've had a lot of good luck with them. I wouldn't go with headers on a nice car like that.

If you're rebuilding the engine, you might want to see if you can get a cam and rocker package to change it to hydralic. Remember, this means a set of compatible rocker arms as well as lifters.
