Nice car. to fix the exzaust manifolds, get a set of headders, there still made for the FE's, for the electronic ign, order a Summit racing catalog, if you look at the ignition systems pages, you'll find petronix points- electronic conversion kits so, you keep your original distributor but, instead of replacing points with points, you replace the points with the module. There is a listing for 1957-1974 Ford V8 in the ignitor 2 series which is 109 bucks, there is a mallory kit that has the same listing for 74 bucks.
