hey, i'm from, awe hell all over but i live in washington state now. I am just getting into cars, I never had much experience with them I was a fly boy before this. I have a good welder's hand and can persuade metal pretty well but I know jack shit about internals. I recently aquired a 1957 cadillac coupe deville and would like to fix it up. I think I will smooth lower and give it a 1' chop, but I don't know what to do to give it the go, It has matching numbers so maybe I will keep the block bore/stroke, port/polish, clean it up and hopefully make it beat those little bastard rice rocket cars who always want to drag on greens.
well if you have any advice on cadillacs let me know
thanks
